On a scouting trip to Boulder (University of Colorado), we (Cal Alumni Association) looked at the Millennium Hotel’s outside pavilion and patio area for our pre-game tailgate party.
Part 2: Starting looking at the outside of the ballroom, panning towards the pavilion which is how fans will walk to the stadium.

“Whew! We had a very happy long weekend in Wales!
Great nightlife, an awesome open air museum, a rocking castle and a little apartment to stay in… bliss! Throw in a little dragon hunting and a lovely afternoon at Cardiff Bay and it was a Bank Holiday well spent.
Hit Wales, drank in a Prince of Wales pub (never far from home!) Checked out the National Museum and ate lunch in a pub.
Fund our accommodation, which turned out to be a great little apartment, decided to hit the town for a night out. Made our way through a series of pubs selling Brains beer, until we had had enough of the cold rainy weather and headed home.
Got up pretty early, visited St Fagan’s open air museum which was very cool, lots of historic buildings have been transported to the same place and set up as a museum of Welsh history. Very cool.
Made our way to Cardiff Bay, visited the Millenium Centre, Town Hall and the Norwegian Arts Centre, which used to be a church that Roald Dahl was baptised in.
Visited the Dr Who Exhibition. Very exciting!
Had a lovely dinner together in our little apartment and watched terrible movies until we fell asleep.
Packed up our stuff and headed to Cardiff Castle. Were pleasantly surprised by how much the castle had to offer and how much fun we had there. Witnessing my boyfriend’s hysterical laughter at a owl sitting in its enclosure.
Went for a lovely walk through the park, felt bad walking and sitting on little daisies. Entertained a bit of dragon hunting before heading past Millenium Stadium and back to the train home.”
